2 peaches, chopped
4 cups of water
2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons flax meal
1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Combine all the ingredients in your instant pot. Stir until mixed well. Put
the lid on and turn the vents to “sealed”. Choose Pressure cook button, set
the pressure level to high and cooking time to 3 minutes. Let it cook and
once timer is up, choose the cancel button then let the pressure be released.
Once the float valve drops down open the lid and serve the oatmeal warm.
