1/3 cup chopped cucumber
1/3 cup chopped tomatoes
2 large hard-boiled eggs
4 oz (114g) bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 large avocado, cut into small chunks
- Put the spinach in a bowl, top with the rest of the ingredients.
