Ingredients:
8 Medjool dates, sliced
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
2 cups short-grain rice
2 teaspoons ginger powder
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
3 cups water
2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
5 cardamom pods
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Directions:

  1. Put in all the ingredients in your instant pot except the garnishes. Put the
    lid on and make sure to close valve to avoid it from leaking. Choose
    manual mode and let it cook for 10 minutes. Once done, release the
    pressure naturally. Serve warm with garnishes on top.
