1 cup steel cut oats
2 cups water
1/4 cup half & half
3 Medjool dates, Chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
6 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg

  1. Combine all the ingredients in your instant pot. Stir until mixed well. Put
    the lid on and turn the vents to “sealed”. Choose Pressure cook button, set
    the pressure level to high and cooking time to 3 minutes. Let it cook and
    once timer is up, choose the cancel button then let the pressure be released.
    Once the float valve drops down open the lid and serve the oatmeal warm
    with a drizzle of maple syrup.
