10 ounces spinach, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 and ½ cups milk
½ cup parmesan, grated
½ cup heavy cream
Salt and black pepper to the taste
2 cup chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and cubed
1 cup bread crumbs
Heat up a pan with the butter over medium heat, add flour and stir well.
Add milk, heavy cream and parmesan, stir well, cook for 1-2 minutes more and take
off heat.
In a pan that fits your air fryer, spread chicken and spinach.
Add salt and pepper and toss.
Add cream mix and spread, sprinkle bread crumbs on top, introduce in your air fryer
and cook at 350 for 12 minutes.
Divide chicken and spinach mix on plates and serve.
