2 tablespoons peach-mango salsa, divided

  1. In the inner pot, pour 1 ¼ cups of water. Set aside. In the bottom of each
    mason har, cover it with tater tots and egg. Top it with your choices of
    meat, slices of cheese and salsa. Lastly, add another layer of tater tots.
    Cover the jars using a foil and put it in the instant pot. Let it cook for 5
    minutes. Serve warm once cooking process is done.
