1 mandarin, peeled and sliced
Juice from 2 mandarins
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 ounces butter, soft
2 eggs, whisked
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup white flour
¾ cup almonds, ground
Honey for serving
Grease a loaf pan with some butter, sprinkle brown sugar on the bottom and arrange
mandarin slices.
In a bowl, mix butter with sugar, eggs, almonds, flour and mandarin juice, stir, spoon
this over mandarin slices, place pan in your air fryer and cook at 360 degrees F for 40
Transfer pudding to a plate and serve with honey on top.
