Healthy Blueberry Oatmeal with Chia Seeds

Ingredients:
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 cup blueberries
2 teaspoons chia seeds
Sweetener or sugar as needed
Splash of vanilla
Pinch of salt
A pinch ground cinnamon
3 cups water
Directions:
- In the inner pot, pour 1 ¼ cups of water. Set aside. In a bowl or container,
stir all the ingredients well. Put this mixture in mason jars and cover it with
aluminum foil. Place these jars in the instant pot and close the lid. Seal
valve to avoid it from leaking. Choose manual mode and let it cook 8-10
minutes. Once done, let the pressure release naturally. Take the jars out
from the pot, and serve warm.
