Salt and pepper to taste
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
1 whole chicken, around 4-pounds
2 heads of garlic
2 lemons

  1. All the sides and bottom of the instant pot must be greased with cooking
    spray. Set aside. Cut each bulb of the garlic across in half and put on the
    bottom of the pot. Next, cut one lemon into 4 pieces and likewise lay on
    the bottom of the pot. Set on high.
  2. The other lemon must be juiced and the juice poured over the chicken.
    Add the seasonings. Inside the chicken, put rosemary of remaining garlic.
    Top chicken with left garlic and rosemary. Close the lid and let it cook on
    low for 4 hours
