4 chicken things, bone-in
Salt and black pepper to the taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chicken stock
6 radishes, halved
1 teaspoon sugar
3 carrots, cut into thin sticks
2 tablespoon chives, chopped
Heat up a pan that fits your air fryer over medium heat, add stock, carrots, sugar and
radishes, stir gently, reduce heat to medium, cover pot partly and simmer for 20
Rub chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, put in your air fryer and cook
at 350 degrees F for 4 minutes.
Add chicken to radish mix, toss, introduce everything in your air fryer, cook for 4
minutes more, divide among plates and serve.
