1 1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
½ cup sour cream
1-pound potatoes, diced and cooked
1 cup mixed cheese, shredded
1/2 cup ham, diced
4 green onion, sliced
Black pepper and salt, as needed

  1. Open your instant pot, choose sauté mode and let the butter melt. Put
    onions and potato and let it cook for 4 minutes until it becomes translucent
    and soft. Next, mix in ham, milk, seasonings and sour cream. Sprinkle
    cheese on top and close the lid. Choose Manual mode and set the cooking
    time to 12 minutes. Once done, let the pressure release naturally. Open the
    lid and plate the food. Serve warm.
