2 clove garlic, minced
½ small yellow onion, chopped
½ red bell pepper, chopped
4 eggs, whisked
½ cup broccoli florets
A pinch garlic powder
3 tablespoons tomatoes, diced
3 tablespoons onions, diced
3 tablespoons parsley
3 tablespoons cheese, grated
A pinch chili powder
Black pepper and salt, to taste
Cooking spray, as needed

  1. Grease the inner surface your instant pot with nonstick spray. Set aside. In
    a bowl or container, whisk the eggs well with other ingredients except the
    cheese. Sprinkle seasonings. Mix well. Pour this mixture to the instant pot.
    Put the lid on and seal it properly. Choose steam mode and set it to 5
    minutes. Let it cook and once done, let the pressure release. Put the cooked
    omelet on a plate and serve with cheese on top.
