Blue Cheese Coleslaw

6 tbsp Blue Cheese Dressing
2 tbsp buttermilk
1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 cup thickly sliced green onion
2 tsp. celery seed
salt and fresh-ground black pepper to taste
1/4 crumbled blue cheese
- Thinly chop the red and green cabbage and onion. Whisk together the blue
cheese and buttermilk. - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped green cabbage, chopped red
cabbage, and sliced green onion. Drizzle with the desired amount of dressing.
Season with salt and pepper.
